Cancellation Policy 

• Before 24 Hours and Before Product Status “Ready to Ship”: You may cancel your order at no cost.
•  After 24 Hours or Product Status “Ready to Ship”: Cancellations are not accepted.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?

1. Wrong Product: Should you receive an incorrect product, initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Expired Product: If the delivered product is expired, initiate a return within 24 hours.

Under what conditions return/replacement requests will not be accepted?

1. Late Requests: Requests made beyond 24 hours of product delivery will not be honored.
2. Used or Opened Products: Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or unsealed products.
3. Damages Due to Misuse: Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Feedback and Documentation

• Sharing images and videos of unsatisfactory items is mandatory to facilitate improvements from merchant feedback.

How will I receive the refund for my canceled product?

• For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original bank account or card within 7 business working days.

Return Timeline

• 24-Hour Window: Initiate the refund process within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Step 1: Log in, navigate to ‘My Orders,’ and opt for ‘Request Return’ for the applicable order within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Step 2: Allow us a two-business-day window to review your return request and issue further directions.

Refunds

• We exclusively offer product replacements in cases of manufacturing defects; no refunds are available.

Additional Charges

• Non-Acceptance on First Delivery Attempt: Should the first delivery attempt fail for any reason, and a subsequent return is initiated, a fee of 30 INR will apply.
